Annual Laney Food Drive

Laney faculty and staff are encouraged to continue support of the Open Door Mission on 7th Street near campus. Suggested donations are elbow macaroni, dry pinto beans, whole-wheat cereals, rice, canned tomato sauce and juice. A bin is set up in the library for donations; library staff will pick up items. Contact Andrew Skinner-Demps at 464-3499.

Exploring Careers Workshop

Presented by the Laney Transfer Center. Students need to sign up at the Transfer Center in Counseling Portable 1 or phone 464-3135. The workshop is Noon-1 p.m. in F-170C.

Laney Holiday Music Concerts

The Laney Modern Jazz Ensemble performs at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, in G-189.

The Laney Stage Band performs at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, in G-189. All concerts are free and open to the public.
